Helicoid toothed gears, hardened and rectified after thermal treatment. Thanks to this manufacture process the gearboxes SCUTTI comply with ECC directives relevant to acoustic pollution.

RM SERIE - Standard gearboxes commonly used in tubular conveyers. Ratios 1/5, 1/7, 1/10. Power applicable from 1.1 to 22 kW.

RMD SERIE - Special manufacture of RM series, with outrigged, adjustable stuffing seal box. That's specially recommended when handling very abrasive or hot products and any contact with product is to be avoided.

RMAP SERIE - Standard gearboxes commonly used in "U" trough conveyers. Ratios 1/15, 1/20 and over. This series is available with outrigged stuffing seal box too.

INTERMEDIATE HANGER BEARINGS

SI SERIE - Standard series made of aluminium, commonly used in CTS screws. Recommended when handling ordinary products, such as cement.

SIT SERIE - Standard series from cast iron, commonly used in "U" trough screws.

SIV SERIE - Heavy duty series made of cast iron, for tubular screws and vertical elevators. Specially recommended when handling abrasive or hot products.

END BEARINGS

STL SERIE - Standard series made of cast iron, normally used when fitting drive at the bottom.

STR SERIE - Standard series made of cast iron, with internal thrust race bearing, recommended when fitting drive at the top.

ST SERIE - HEAVY DUTY special series made of cast iron, with internal thrust race bearing, fitted with outrigged adjustable seal. Specially recommended when handling hard products, hot or abrasive, or big loads.
