We are submitting information regarding the flat sorage terminal SR 1050. This has been designed to receive the cement directly from vessels, either pneumatically or mechanically. The terminal SR 1050 has a unique structure design. All parts are bolted, wich makes transportation and erection much easier, as well as it is a demountable storage.

Features

The storage terminal SR 1050 is a modular plant composed of one or more silos by 1050 m3 each, according to customer's requirement. Each silo is equipped with a cement extraction system by tubular screw conveyors from Scutti series CTS providing the feeding of a loading bellow suitable for discharging in all types of bulk carrier trucks. The quantity of cement wich can be unloaded from each discharge point is about 140 Tons/Hr. On customer's request, the terminal SR 1050 can be equipped with a cell system for the waighing of the cement before unloading.

POSSIBLE USES

The most practical use of the Terminal SR 1050 is the installation upon the harbour's docks, where it can perform double actions:

- receiving bulk cement from vessels and distribute it by Bulk carrier trucks.

- receiving bulk cement from the Bulk carrier trucks and loading it on vessels.
